FRENCH MISSION

TO BE ENTERTAINED BY PRIME MINISTER.

The members of the French mission are due to arrive in Wellington from Auckland on Thursday next on the cruiser Jules Michelet. Suitable arrangements are being made for the entertainment of the visitors durjng their stay here, which will be for four days. On Friday, January 26th, Admiral Gilly and tho officers of the cruiser, together with the members of the mission, will be entertained by the Prime Minister at luncheon at Parliament House.
