WEATHER PROSPECTS
(By the Government Meteorologist.) Present indications (yesterday, 4 p.m.) are for variable winds, decreasing southerlies, giving place to freshening nortberlies everywhere shortly. Weather warmer, with increasing cloud and humidity, and rain probably following on the West Coast and southern district. Barometer failing everywhere soon.
