COURT OF APPEAL

SITTING THIS MORNING. JUDGMENTS TO BE DELIVERED. Mr Justice Adams is expected to arrive in Wellington this, morning to attend a sitting of the Court of Appeal over which the Chief Justice tSii Robert Stout) will preside to-day. The other judge constituting the court will be Mr Justice Hosking, who has recovered from his recent indisposition. The Chief Justice returned to Wellington from Dunedin about the middlo of the week for the express purpose of presiding at to-day’s sitting of the Appeal Court. It is not anticipated that the sitting will be a long one, as only ludginents are to be delivered. Mr' Justice Reid is at present in Napier, Mir Justice Salmond at Nelson, and Mr Justice Chapman in the Taranaki district.
