DUNEDIN SHARE MARKET

WELLINGTON CUSTOMS. The Customs revenue reoeived at Wellington yesterday totalled £3962. The late arrival of the boat from the East with tne new season’s wool-packs is causing some concern amongst mercantile houses and the farming community in the Wanganui district. At the present time the shortage is very acute. The irregular weather 4s, of course, holding up shearing, but ae soon as it sets in fine again, farmers in this district will he particularly anxious to get on with the work (says an exchange). Its the shearing started earlier here than In the South Island, the demand for backs at the present time is naturally Snore extensive.
