; FIRST EVENING MEETING. THE DETAILED RESULTS. The Brooklyn and Olympic Clubs opened their season with, an evening meeting on the Basin Reserve yesterday. Mr A. Davis, president of the N.Z.A.A.A., performed the opening ceremony, and Mr A. B. Sievwright, chairman of the Wellington Centre, also spoke. The officials were as follow: —Referee, A. C.
