FITZROY APPEAL UPHELD. POLICE OVER-ZEALOUS. Reuter’s Telegram. LONDON, November 10. Sir Almsrio Fitzroy’s appeal against his oonviotion, on a charge of molesting women was allowed, with costs. Tho Bench held that tlieie was no charge against the police, except that of over-zealousnesß. Sir Almerio Fitzroy, clerk to the Privy Council, was convicted and fined for aooosting ladies in Hyde Park.
