City Council, pursuant to tho provisions of "The Municipal' Corporations Act, 1920/* "The ' Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” and "The Local Bodies' Loans Amendment Act, 1922/’ and in pursuance of all other acts- and powers (if any) enabling it in that behalf, doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order: 1. That the rate of interest on the said loan be not exceeding Six Pounds («£s) per centum per annum, payable half-yearly during the currency of the loan, being a period of not exceeding forty (40) years from the Ist day of October, 1922. 3. That a Sinking Fund of One Pound (oAVL) per centum per annum be established in connection with said loan. 4. That the security for the interest and sinking fund and repayment of the said Special Loan be a special rate of One-sixtieth, of . a Penny (l-6Ud) in the Pound on the unimproved value of all rateable property within the City of Wellington.
