Speaking last night, Dr Armor said that the liquor party quoted the fact that in wet South Carolina there had been no divorces, while in dry North Carolina there had been eo many, and put the cause down to prohibition. The facts were true, hut the reason was not, because in South Carolina you could not get a divorce for any cause whatever.
