Edward lode, north from front crosscut : In the crosscut at 75ft the. last 10ft, n ©asuring west from the centre of the level, is, worth 24s a ton, and, measuring east from the centre of the level, the last 10ft is worth 14s 9d a ton the .full width, of the reef, which at this point is 43ft. Cow crosscut: In the crosscut at 100ft' east the last 87ft is a -mixture of quartz and oountry assaying 6s 9<x a-, ton the full width of tho lode, which at this point is 104 ft. Martha - lode, north section: Driving west the next 55ft is worth 38s 9d a ton the full width of the lode, which at the 141 ft point is 9ft. and is worth 26a 9d a ton.. No. 13 level:.ln the north section crosscut, the next 41ft of driving is worth 26s 6d a ton the fnll width of the lode, which, at 100 ft, is 10ft, and is worth 22s 6d a ton. The total depth of No. 4 shaft is now 1676 ft.
