NEGOTIATIONS BY JESSEP. Renter's Telegram. 1 LONDON, August 30. Mr Jessep, the representative of the New Zealand Meat Export Control Board, is in constant negotiation with the shipping companies. It is understood that substantial concessions have been offered, but that an actual agreement has not yet been- reached.-
