POSITION BETTER THAN ANTICIPATED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. SYDNEY, July 5. An advance statement on tho railway business for the year just ended shows that tho deficit will be less than £300,000. A loss of £1,100,000 had been estimated. The deficit in the pro. vious year was £577,000.
