MONTHLY MEETING. YESTERDAY'S BUSINESS The following business was transacted at yesterday's sitting of the Wellington Land Board : CORRESPONDENCE AND MISCELLANEOUS. Renewal of lease over section 3, block 6, Owhango Township, area 2 roods 4 perches.—lt was resolved to grant Mr J. Maxwell a renewal for a further term of 5 years from July Ist, 1922, under Section 130 of the Land Act, 1908, as amended by schedule 21 of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912, at an annual rental of £1 ss. Application by tho Ohakune Dairy Co. for a lease of section 6, block 12, Ohakuuo Township, police reserve, area 1 rood. —It was resolved to grant the Ohakune Dairy Co. a year to year lease under Section 27 of the Publio Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, at an annual rental of £5, subject to the right that the improvements be removed if section is required for police purposes. Question of disposal of sections 6/11, 15/17 and 73, Mowhanau Township, area 8a 3r 2p.—lt was resolved to offer Mr G. S. Gordon a lease under Section 130 of the Land Act, 1908, at a rental of £ls a year. Application by Charles Lovett to surrender his interest in section 9, Horopito West Village Settlement, area 3a 3r, —lt was resolved to accept surrender, subject to payment of arrears amounting to Is lid. George Thomas Little, application to surrender his interest in section 22, block 6, Makuri S.D., area 49 acres. —Surrender accepted. G. E. McWhirter, lessee of section 42, Raetihi Extension No. 1, area 2 acres, application to surrender.—lt was resolved to accept surrender as from June 30th, 1922, subject to arrears being paid. Mrs A. C. Lewie, lessee of section 11, block 17. town of Levin, education lease, area 1 rood, application to surrender.— It was resolved to accept surrender as from June 30th, 1922, subject to arrears being paid. Disposal of section 201, borough of 1 almerston North, education reserve urea 4a 2r.—Resolved to grant, the Technical School Board a lease under Section 5 of the Public Bodies Leases Act. 1908. The board considered the disposal of section 9, block 7, Retaruke S.D., area 657 acres.—lt was resolved to allot the section to T. E. Lacey.
