The Short Title of this By-law is "The Wellington City Milk. Sale By-law, No. 39, 1922.” The object and purport of the By-law are: To make provisions in connection with the Wellington City Milk Undertaking regulating the manner in which payment shall be mado for the purchase of milk and cream, by means of suitable coupons, and providing that milk and cream shall be supplied to the public in bottles, or otherwise, as decided upon by the Council. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the said Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Wellington City Council, to be held on THURSDAY, 29tli Day of June, 1922, at the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Cubn street, Wellington, at 7.30 o’clock.
