FOISTING OF SEAMEN REFUSED* Bv Tel*gr*ph.—Prese A*sn. —Copyright. SYDNEY, June 24. The Largs Bay is idle ir» consequence of the management refusing to hare seamen foisted on them by the union. The Commonwealth Government, on the occasion of the Hobsons Bay and Moreton Bay disputes, deckled that in future the management »mi=t ennt-rof the manning of the ships. The present} dispute is interpreted as ?howing tho desire of the union to test the strength in forcing job control. The management has given twenty-four hours’ notice, to the crew, which consists of 180 in«i, and intends advertising for a fresh crew. UNABLE TO OBTAIN A CREW.
