STAFF APPOINTMENTS. Tho general manager of the Municipal Milk Department advises that upwards of 240 letter applications have ■boon received for the staff vacancies recently advertised, and that appointments have been ma<je as follow : Cashier.—Mr C. A. Russel], of the Staffs Advances Department. Token Distributor. —Mr G. F. Hodg‘man, secretary, City Milk Supply, Ltd. Assistant Token Distributor. —Mr Frank Weinc. Token Receivers (2). —Mr A. Bowen, of the Defence Department, and Mr \V. Parker, late of the Wellington Farmers’ Moat and Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ’ Clerk.- —Air W. Burgess, late of tho Bank of New South Wales. The attention of unsuccessful applicants is called to a notification appearing in the advertising columns of this issue.
