CHARGES AGAINST POSTAL OFFICER . PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, June 23. Edward Hedley Kitchener Hughes, a young man employed in the Post Office, -was charged at the Police Court this morning with stealing £IOOO, the property of the New Zealand Government. He was remanded on bail for seven days.
