THE PICKFORD DIVORCE CASE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received June 2, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 1. The Nevada Supreme Court sustained the legality of the Pickford-Moore divorce case. It is unlikely that any appeal will be made to the United ttates Supreme Court. The decision as ended a two years’ litigation.' The court held that the State had no right to attack divorce, and' the court in which the attack was mado had no juris diction.
