Two American cruisers and eighteen destroyers are departing in a few days for Chinese waters. They will remain several months in connection with the Chinese trouble. FORMER PRESIDENT COMES BACK. (Received June 2, 11.45 p.m.) TOKIO, June 1. Official advices from Pekin state that Hsu Shi Chang has resighed, and Li Yuan Hung, who was President in 1916, has been restored to office.
