MAN’S NECK BROKEN. PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION. TE KUITI, June 1. Whilo Albert Rainbow, aged 26, was returning last night from Piopio to his camp, across the Temapara river, his horse struck a snag. The rider was thrown, and his neck was broken. The deceased, who was a returned soldier, of Tasmania, had no relatives in New Zealand. He was employed in road-miaking for the Public Works Department. An inquest will be held to-day.
