PARDONED BY PRESIDENT HARDING. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received May 23, 11.55 i^m.) NEW YORK, May 23.. It is reported from Chicago that President Harding has pardoned Albert Wehdo, one of the four plotters convicted in 1917 of attempting to foment a revolution in India. Gustav Jacobson, who was oonvicted on a similar charge, was released at Christmas.
