WEATHER PROSPECTS
(By the Government Meteorologist.;
Present indications 'yesterday. 4 p.m.) are for variable breezes, southerlies predominating, but giving place to freshening northerlies shortly in the southward of Cook Strait. Weather probably milder with increasing cloudiness generally. Barometer little movement, but falling again soon in the south.
