BRIDGE GIVES WAY
LORRY FALLB TWENTY FEET. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. PAHIATUA, April 4. A big motor-lorry loaded with pine logs from Hopelands to Pahiatua, crashed through the Mangatainoka bridge this morning, and fell a.l>oiit twenty feet. It landed upright, the end of the logs resting on the bottom of the river. The driver, named dark, was unhurt. Traffic ia blocked.
