Regulations under the Land and Income Tax Act were gazetted yesterday prescribing the form of hte official oath of fidelity and secrecy, the form of the returns of land and income to be mado by- the taxpayer, the forms in which tho Commissioner .is to make and notify to the taxpayer assessments for land and income tax, tho form of appeals from assessments, etc.
