The meeting passed a resolution that Irish Home Rule necessitated Scottish Home Rule immediately. Messrs Duncan Graham and Neil McLean, mem--1 hers of the House of Commons, supported the resolution. Air Robert Munro, Secretary for Scotland, wrote stating that while sincerely sympathising with Scottish Home Rule, ho thought it inappropriate that a member of the Government should participate in the meeting.
