TO REAIAIN IN DOCK AT PORTSMOUTH. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received March 24, 8.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 23. The Admiralty has decided 'that. Nelson’s ship, the Victory, must remain in dock at Portsmouth where visitors will be allowed on board.
