HOCKEY
RAMBLER CLUB. The annual meeting of the Rambler Hockey Club was held in the YJVI.C.A. on Thursday, Mr Paget was elected to the ohair. The following officers were elected:— Mr J. B. Lloyd; vice-presi-dents, Messrs C. J. Pfaff, A. Whittaker, B, Berryman, A. Gracie, R. Dentice, A. Wheatley, A. Gamble, J. C. Cusack, A. Smith; club captain, Mr M. Efbbett; secretary and treasurer, Mr Blizzard; management committee, Messrs Fredericks, Heaphy, club oaptain, field captain, secretary; delegates to association, Messrs Dbbett and Paget; selection committee, club captain, field captain, and secretary. During tho season the club had representatives in the Wellington representative team, in which one mem her was elected captain, of the team. This was accepted as an honour to the club. Several new member© were elected. It was stated that the dub wa© in a satisfactory financial condition and there was ovary prospect of a successful year.
