GOVERNMENT REFUSES COURT OF INQUIRY.

The Government baa refused to appoint a Court of Inquiry regarding the engineering dispute while the ballot of a Iked unions is proceeding. If the parties afterwards foil to oome together, the Government will seriously consider the matter.
