WAIHI TOURNAMENT. WAIHI, March 13. The Waihi Boxing Association tournament was held in the King’s Theatre. There was a crowded attendance. Results are as follows : Special bouts. —Groat (Waihi) 10.7, beat Slacker (Omokoroa) 10.10; Slant (Omokoroa) 10.3, beat Sheppherd (Auckland) 9.12: Leach (Waihi) 8.10, beat Cromwell (Paeroa) 9.5. Fly-weights.—B. Hearn beat H. Broadfoot. Feather-weight.—J. Broadfoot 8.4, beat E. Hearn 8.9. Lighit-weight.—Prendiville 8.10, beat Martin 9.2. A challenge -by Pennell to fight Stansbury at the next tournament wag accepted. \
