The "New York Times” Washington correspondent says that Federal Judge Anderson has issued an injunction in connection with the recent West Virginia mine troubles, forbidding union organisers to enter tbs State for the purpose of soliciting membership of unions and forbidding existing unions to continue the practice of having the'mine companies deduct union dues from wages. Mr Samuel Gompere (president of the American Federation of Labour), commenting. denounced Judge Anderson, saying that tbs injunction violated the constitution and existing laws.
