ANOTHER EMBASSY OUTRAGE. Australian and N.Z Cable Association. (Received November 2, 7.20 p.m.) LISBON, November 1A bomb exploded in the United States Consulate, causing considerable damage. It is believed it is a Communist protest against the conviction of Sacco and Vanzetti, the Italian anarchists.
