ROYALTIES’ TROUBLES

The “Journal’*” correspondent at Vienna states that two bands of brigands attempted to enter Tata Castle and assassinate Karl and Zita, but 1 the guards repulsed them. Karl and his wife have embarked on a veasel of the British Danube flotilla. KARL'S DETHRONEMENT HUNGARIAN GOVERNMENT TAKES STEPS. BUDAPEST, October I. Complying with the Entente's Note, the Government boa convoked the Assembly for Thursday next, to consider the dethronement of Karl. CONDITIONAL ABDICATION. (Received November 2. 10.5 p.m.) PARIS, November 2. Karl refuses to renounce his rights. He is willing to sign his own abdicartion, provided bis son Otto is guaranteed reversion to the throne if the Hungarians restore the Monarchy.
