STATUS OF AMERICAN DELEGATES. Australian and N.Z. Gable Association. (Received November 1, 8-10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, October Si. The State Department announces that the four American delegates to the Disarmament Conference will he given ambassadorial rank, placing them on equal footing with the foreign delegates.
