“WANTED” MAN SURRENDERS. Par Press Association. INVERCARGILL, November 1. Edward Cossgrove, the man who has been wanted for breaking, entering, and theft, and for whom the police have been scouring the Tuatapere district for several months, surrendered to the police in the township to-day, and was brought to Invercargill this evening. He will be brought before the court to-morrow, when a remand will be asked for.
