IN BELFAST
ULSTER VOLUNTEERS REAPPEAR (Received- October 31, 9 p-m.) LONDON, October 31. Ulster volunteers reappeared in Belfast, marching through the city unarmed and accompanied bv on armoured car. This is the first intimation that Ulsterites have resumed drilling anc training.
