PIPITEA WHARF
A TENDER ACCEPTED. For the contract for steel reinforcements to Pipitea wharf the Harbour Board has accepted the tender of Messrs Briscoe and C’o., the price being £5300. Tenders were also received from Messrs R. R. Hunt and Company, J. Dntbie and Co., Ltd., O. M. Smith and Company t B. W. Mills, and Co., Ltd., Cqay Wright and Salmon, William Cooke and Company,. A. D. Riley and Co., Ltd., Broken Hill Proprietary, Ltd., MctPherscn’s Proprietary, Ltd., Iron and Steel Co. of N.Z., Ltd.
