BERTHAGE IN ENGLAND. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received October 30, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 29. The Port of London Authority, having failed to provide berthing accommodation for the Commonwealth Line ships in the Thames, Mr Larkin is negotiating for berthing them at Southampton.
