The Australian Press Association •tates: "Authoritative cabled information from India indicates a preparation, most intense, for an extremist’ campaign as a prelude to the Prince’s arrival. It is anticipated that the Conpeas Working Committee meeting at Delhi on November 4th will result in the issue by Gandhi, and the extremist executive, of a general order for civil disobedience. Meanwhile Gandhi’s arrest is being considered. While the Government is reluctant to take action, its hands are likely to be forced.’’ RENOWN AT GIBRALTAR.
