The Union Company advise that the Tofua is to leave Auckland to-morrow for Fiji, Tonga, and Samoa. The Union Company advise that tile Corinna is now not expected to arrive at Wellington on Sunday, She is to proceed from Lyttelton to Nelson and New Plymouth.

The Katoa is due at Wellington next Friday from Auckland with general cargo. She will leave here for Lyttelton and Dunedin.

The Kahika left Greymouth yesterday with coal and timber for Wellington, where she is due this, 1 evening. The Vessel will leave here early, next week for Greymouth to load, again for Wellington.

The Kanna is dne at Wellington on next Thursdav from Dunedin and Lyttelton. At Wellington the vessel will load fob Auckland.

The Wanaka. is due at Wellington about Sunday from Sydney via southern ports. She will sail on. Monday with general cargo for Sydney and Newcastle.

The Waikawa, from San Francisco via Auckland, will arrive at Wellington tomorrow morning. The vessel will put out part cargo here, and sails on Tuesday for Lyttelton. The Karamu arrived at ‘Wellington last evening from southern ports. The vessel will load hero for Bluff, Dunedin, Oamaru, and Timaru, and is to get away for those ports this evening. Tho Shaw, Savill and Albion Co.’s liner Kumava will leave Auckland on Monday for Wellington in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool.

The dredge Eileen Ward was brought off the Wellington patent slip yesterdhy morning and berthed at the Clyde quay wharf. ’

The coastal steamer Opawa, which put back to Wellington on Wednesday night, was found to have broken her crank shaft. She will remain in port for four os five days for repairs. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Co.’s liner Athenic arrived at Wellington at 6 o’clock last evening from Gisborne, and berthed at the Glasgow wharf to fill up. She will sail at daybreak next Thursday for Southampton and London. Tho Government steamer Hinemoa is to leave Auckland to-day to search for the buoy which recently broke adrift from Durville rock. A substitute buoy for the missing one has already been placed on the rook by the Hinemoa. Bannatyne and Co. advise that the Kegulus is now not expected at Wellington until Tuesday morning from Picton. She will sail on Tuesday evening for Nelson, Westport, and Greymouth. The steamer Easterner moved out from her berth to the stream at 4.50 o’clock last evening preparatory to sailing at noon to-day for New Plymouth. The Richardson Company’s steamer Putiki is due back at Wellington on Tuesday from East Coast stations, and is to sail on Wednesday for Napier and Gisborne in place of thef Ripple. The Ripple is to sail from Wellington to-day at 6 p.m. for Napier and Gisborne,- and is due book here on Thursday to receive an .overhaul. KUROW LEFT NEWCASTLE. Cable advice has been received by the Union Company that the Kurow left Newcastle at 5 o’clock on Wednesday morning with coal for Wellington. She will sail at 51 p.m. on Monday for Sydney. 1 THE BLACKBALL BOATS. The Ngatoro will leave Wellington this afternoon for Lyttelton. The Ngahere is clpe at Wellington this morning from Wanganui. She will sail on Tuesday for Greymouth to load coal for Wellington. The Ngakuta is due at Wellington at 6 o'clock to-morrow evening from Limestone Island. She will leave Wellington on Monday for Greymouth, taking general cargo. At Greymouth the Ngakuta will load coal for Auckland. ISLANDS.

The Island steamer Tofua arrived at Auckland from Samoa, Tonga and Suva on Tuesday evening and berthed at the Queen's wharf to land her passengers and discharge a cargo of Island produce, consisting mainly of bananas, there being 15,482 cases and 482 bunches. The balance includes a quantity of copra. The Tofua met with some rough weather during her trip to the Islands, especially after leaving Auckland on August 20th. For nearly three days the vessel pitched in a northerly gale that increased to nurricane force for a short period, and it was necessary to heave to for over 12 hours. This delayed the arrival at Suva, hut the weather was afterwards fair, until the return to Auckland, when strong southerly winds prolonged the journey.
