Tho occasion was the appearance of Wil ham Rutledge, who was charged with having failed to register change of address* Inspector Mollveney stated that the defendant had been under tihe impression that it was no longer necessary for him to do so. The magistrate took a lenient view of the cose, and decided to order Rutledge to pay 2s costs.
