The “New York Times” Washington correspondent states that President Harding will call a national unemployment conference in Washington. He has instructed Mr H. C. Hoover to formulate plans for it. _ The personnel will be geographically determined and w ill embrace as far as possible representation of industries which are the greatest employers.
