The woman’s arms found in tho Seine have been identified by a bereaved mother, by a scar, as those of her daughter, Alexandrine Yvonne, aged 23i The police are searching for a man named Julien, an habitue of tho dance halls, with whom the girl was last seen. Ho w. alleged to have exercised a magnetic influence over women by means of suggestion.
