MAGAZINE EXPLODES
NUMEROUS DEATHS IN JAPAN. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. . TOKIO, August 9. An explosion occurred at the artillery magazine at Kinoshima, and it is reported that the killed and injured number two -hundred. (Received August 10, 9.30 p.m.) TOKIO, August 9. The first reports of the Kinoshima explosion over-estimated the casualties. It is now reported that only 100 wore killed.
