GERMAN TANNING AND DYE WORKS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received August 10. 9.30 p.m.) LONDON, August 10. The ‘Daily Chronicle’s” Berlin cor respondent says that the Forestaj Land, Timber, and Railway Company, a British concern, has purchased Renner’s Hamburg tanning and dye works, paying 5750 marks for each 1000 mark share, totalling 14,000,000 marks. Germans drew the bulk of raw materials from the Argentina, where the Forestal Company overwhelmed Renner's. The Forestal operations are world-wide. The company has a capital of more than £5,000,000.
