HIS MOVEMENTS IN ENGLAND. Australian and N.Z. Cable (Received August 10, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, August 9. Mr W. M. Hughes (Federal Premier) returned to-day after a visit to Wales, where he met with the fiercest rainstorms ho has ever encountered, almost blocking the roads against the motors. He expects to visit Southampton on Friday, where he will launch seaplanes. He will visit Bradford and Sheffield next week, and will probably launch the steamer Barrow. The fear days prior to embarking at Toulon will be spoilt jn France.
