ENGLISH IN BAVARIAN SCHOOLS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received Julv 29, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 23. The “Daily Chronicle’s” Berlin correspondent stales that the Education Minister in tho Bavarian Landtag foreshadowed the probability of English being made compulsory in all schools, French becoming tho second and optional language.
