EX-EMPEROR KARL’S PREDICAMENT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (.Received July 29, 5.5 if.in.) BERLIN, July 28., The Swiss Government has intimated to ex-Emperor Karl that he must leave Switzerland before August —lst. Karl is seeking permission from various Governments to live under them. It ia reported that he prefers Spain, but is afraid of the high cost of living. If this difficulty is overcome he will settle on the Hapsburjjs’ estate in the Balearic Isles.
