TO-DAY'S FIXTURES. BRIGHT GAMES v EOR THE PARK. A fin© open game of Rugby may be expected at Athletic Park this afternoon, wheu University and Athletic -will try conclusions. The latter, it will be recalled, have victories over both Poneke and Petone to their credit, while University have achieved the distinction of defeating Petone. To-day's game, which will start at 2.4-0 p.m., should be a good on^. It will be preceded at 1 p.m. by one of those games which always provides delightful football. As a curtain-raiser Wellington College and St. Patrick's College will meet. <f &t. Pat's" are a vastly improved combination and may confidently be expected to give the youthful wearers of the black a good "go” for the college supremacy. At Petone .the game will be between Petone and Poneke, and it *9 the decision, of which will have a considerable influence on the senior championship.
