EXPLOITED BY GERMANS FINANCIAL GROUPS SECURE VALUABLE RIGHTS. -MAMMOTH PROJECTS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received July 27, 1.20 a.m.) LONDON, July 26. A correspondent in, Berlin learns that the Russian tragedy is being exploited by a group of big banks, which are approaching landowners, whose land contains minerals and coal, offering small sums for the option of purchase within a year, which period, the Germans 'believe, is sufficient to produce the total collapse of the Soviets. Many impoverished refugees have accepted, and others have refused, but have agreed to form companies on the basis that Germans supply the plant and machinery. Germany will thus acquire enormous coal, oil amd mineral rights, which will enable Germany to control (jhe world’s trade. Herr Stinnes is the leading figure in these mammoth projects.
