APPRECIATION OF BISHOP DWYER.

A large meeting in tho Town Hall, at which Archbishop Kelly presided, carried a resolution expressing appreciation of the manner in which Bishop Dwyer had vindicated the dignity and responsibility of his position in connection with the Partridge case, and over £ISOO was subscribed to a testimonial fund.
