GAMES ON SATURDAY. In spite of the rough, and at times very wet, weather on Saturday afternoon, all games except one or two were played. The notable feature of ( the day was the defeat of the strong United eleven at the hands of Ramblers. Wakatu got the verdict from Hutt by a substantial margin, thus increasing their lead in the championship to ,4 points. Petone obtained a bloodless victory, as University defaulted to them. ,ffuia had an even break with Kjirori, whilst Wellington ran all% over Wesley, the score being 5 goals to 1.
